How quickly does the novelty of an expensive new toy wear-off for your children?
The Canterbury Toy Library offers your children over a thousand entertaining and stimulating, new and vintage toys in excellent condition all year for the price of just one or two new toys! Toys are suitable for ages 6 months to 6 years.
Volunteering takes less time than rearranging the storage space to pack away all of those purchased toys when your children tire of them!

Toy Library Holiday Hours, July 2011
Please note that during the winter school holidays the toy library will not be open on Monday evenings. The library will continue to be open on Saturday mornings, 10am to 1pm. Monday night sessions will continue on Monday 18th July
Toy Library Update, April 2011
You may have noticed that there are some building works being undertaken at the Toy Library. Over the coming weeks the Boroondara Council will be replacing the front ramp access to the Library and hopefully making it easier for us to use. The Library will remain open as usual (except for Monday nights during the school holidays) but you will need to enter via the back entrance to the building. Let us know if you have any issues with the building work.
We are also trialing a new mailing system to our members and would appreciate any feedback you have on how you are receiving your email.
