Member Duties:
CATL needs members to help on the roster each term and at the annual stocktake. (Those members who participate in stocktake are exempt form one term's duty). Members are asked to assist at 4 times a year.
Helping is lots of fun and a great way to get to know other members. Parents with newborns are exempt from duty for a term and there is an option to pay a levy for exemption.
Members are also asked to help during fundraising events, such as the annual Bunnings sausage sizzle.
Late in the term a roster will be available in the Library for you to choose a duty time. Members who don't fill in their preferred session will be randomly allocated a sesRosters will then be emailed with newsletters prior to each term.
Session hours and some extra duty sessions have been created starting from July 2010 as our membership numbers have increased substantially.
Duty session from Term 3, 2010 are:
Monday: 7.45-9.15pm
Saturdays: 8.45 - 10.15am; 10.15am - 12pm & 12 -1.45pm
Wednesday mini stockstake sessions twice a term (non borrowing): 7.45 - 9.15pm
