Kid's Co-design Activity at Canterbury Toy Library

Updated: May 19, 2022

We need the help of kids of all ages in our neighbourhood to tell us about how you like to play and get active whether it’s by yourself at home, with your family or with your friends!

You might be a member of Canterbury Toy Library, have a friend who is a member or have never heard of the toy library before. We want to hear from as many people as we can to give us great ideas of how you like to play and what you would like to do and borrow when visiting a toy library.

Download the attached sheet and use the space to write, draw a picture or take a photo to show us what’s important to you and what you would like to see at the new Canterbury Toy Library coming later this year. Bring them into the toy library on a Saturday morning or email them to hello@canterburytoylibrary.com.au to go into the draw to win 6 months free membership.

Here are some things you might like to think about:

- What do you wish you could borrow to play with from the toy library?

- Do you like to meet friends or maybe try new things when visiting the toy library?

- What are your favourite ways to move your body on sunny days? Rainy days?

Provide as much detail as possible, we can't wait to hear all of your ideas!

Responses received will be used to shape the direction of Canterbury Toy Library as we prepare to move into our new space at Canterbury Community Precinct (just on the other side of Canterbury Gardens) coming in late 2022.

The winner will be drawn on Wednesday 15th June, 2022
